I’m not that scared of him. The hype and mythology around him has blossomed out of control. He’s clutch, that’s for damn sure, but even with series’ like the last where he allowed what? 3 goals? His career playoffs are still a 2.49 and .920. Good, but not so intimidating that I feel we can’t win a series against him, especially after just beating the best defensive team in the league. We’ll solve Vasilevsky. I believe.
I mean, I guess. I think his game 7 stats is what also propels it. Let's not take this series to a game 7, then

Can I please also state that I really do think that Reaves can take a regular shift when he has speed around him. He actually looks quite good with Motte.

I am sorry, but he brings something to this team and they thrive on it.
He's not looked totally out of place with Goodrow and Motte on his line. He should still be the odd man out if Blais comes back. 100%.

I truly think we can beat Tampa.

We match up better. It comes down to Special Teams and Goaltending again.

IMO it will be a tight 7 game series. Hopefully we take 2 quick at home while they 'get going' after 9 days off.

IF the Vets play like they did tonight.... I love our chances

I'm so f***ing blitzed I still can't believe we managed to blow them the f*** out in their building. Holy hell was that a career defining moment for some of these guys.

ECF BABY, 2015 REPEAT WITH THE YOUNG AND HUNGRY CARDIAC KIDS RANGERS

he's just too slow and gets gassed way too easy

we get a lot of zone time against because he just doesn't have the stamina to make smart defensive plays.

Kind of shocked we won it that way, some really bad breaks for the Canes, not complaining.

Was a strange series, really tight checking the first 4 games, good D, lots of hitting, seemed like things opened up the last couple of games.

Not sure why, but I feel confident against the Bolts, which means we're catching that L. Didn't think we'd get by the Canes.

Igor was huge that 1st period, sad seeing Raanta go down, gave it his all.

Lindgren had a really good series against the Pens, played well enough in this one, but this dude is nails. Had an up and down year, but when you consider his injuries during this run and his output, guy has been fantastic.

Nerd talk, but Lindgren is the training dummy from Sekiro, Hanbei The Undying, LOL.

Bye bye Tony. i’m not a fan. Brendan Smith, Antti Raanta and Jesper Fast I like….as well as Derek Stepan who didn’t get to play and I respect Brady Skjei.

We cracked the Canes on the power play. 7 goals in the last 5 games. They ended up chasing this one and Igor just frustrated the f*** out of them. They had to open up and we burned them again and again.

My Islanders friend here in Houston back in September: "I hate those bastard Lightning. They cheated us out of the Cup last year, but they won't beat us this year. I hope they lose every game".

Flash forward to today: "Do you know anywhere that has cheap Lightning jerseys that I can get by Wednesday?"
What a loser. (They all are)
