I was at the game against the Flames in 2013 where Little tied it up with 6 seconds left (the one that went to an epic shootout). I made eye contact with each person as they streamed back. The shame and guilt on their faces fuelled me for a year.

Hard fought wins are the best! Even though we are accustomed to it, the Jets can't dominate every period every night. We faced a good team today and the first two periods were pretty even despite what some people think. Two bad mistakes by Myers doesn't mean the entire team was outplayed.

Really liked Little, Scheifele and Roslovic's game tonight. Hope we see Roslo back with Little next game. Connor also had a pretty good game tonight to.

Stuck out watching the game but had a post ready to ask how many times we've actually won a game when pulling the goalie. Very pleasant surprise to end that way. Looks like Scheifele shook off the rust quick enough. Our D corps is looking a little haggard though, definitely need Trouba back and I'll also echo the need for Lowry. Haven't seen mention of Tanev but I'll add him too as he brings a lot of grit to the team that isn't there in the absence of those three. I never expect much out of Tanev other than hits and an aggressive forecheck and that's what he brings in spades. He and Frenchie just give other teams fits on the forecheck, it's wonderful to watch.

Pulling Connor off the 1st will be tough to do after seeing them back together tonight - He really, really fits

Roz was awesome and something tells me Little would like to have him on his wing

Glad Myers scored the winner or I'd never shut up about his dreadful game

Buff was Mr Hockey tonight - slippery as an eel

Had the blender on high speed tonight and I like the results - hope they stick for a few more games.

As much as I think Lowry is an acceptable fit at 3rd line center, having so much talent that they could run the big man on the 4th line with Tanev and Armia? That 4th line would be the class of the league.

I mean, he just went back to what was working before with a different winger. Perreault and Little are great together, and Maurice was the one who broke that up originally.

Coach Maurice post-game scrum: To come out of the game with two points, what does that do for the psyche moving forward? Making the lineup moves. Thoughts on Tyler Myers. Frustration the Jets were feeling heading into the game and being able to bottle it the right way. On the “external pressure” and whether they are finding their way into the room.

I say put Petan between them and see if they can start firing in some sheltered minutes. You still have Patty on the #1 PP and Ehlers on the #2 PP.

I don't think people realize how exceptional Lowry has been this season. He just dominates the ice when he is on. If he was faster or had more skill or both he would be a superstar but I will settle for being a dominate 3rd line center
