I literally haven't hated a team this ****ing much since pre-lockout. Get some more shots on goal mother****ers, that's all you're ****ing good for. I missed the first period but I didn't even think they played bad. Got a ton of chances. Niemi was awesome but if this team knew how to elevate a puck, we all might be singing a different tune. Not a bad game, just frustrating as hell.

I remember after the Nash trade CBJ fans telling us that we're wrong to think of him as a power forward. A lot of our posters dismissed that as sour grapes from CBJ fans but they were right.

Who was MSL playing with in TB when Stamkos was injured?

Richards was a 90 point center before coming here. Stepan was PPG last season. They're not SO bad that MSL should have what, 1 point in 7 games or something like that? It's ridiculous. Why is it that our 24 year old shutdown defenseman is the most potent player on the ice offensively? He had six shots on goal.

We gave away the 1st rounder in the McDavid draft. MSL has really made a big difference. Another utterly stupid move by Sather, who once again has been fleeced at the deadline.

LOL, yeah and as soon as Callahan got to Tampa he has been making a difference and has been one of their best players, 4 points in the last 4 games played, and got 2 stars of the game in back to back games. Who would of thought?

AV has absolutely no concept of when to switch up lines. He is the Anti-Torts. It's absolutely horrendous.

That line should have never been put together in the first place and CERTAINLY shouldn't have remained together after one of the worst games for a line I have ever seen.

If it makes you physically ill, I do suggest taking a break from the sport itself. (I'm serious, I know of some people)

You could tell that they wouldn't win the game when McD couldn't bury that wide open net.

That was the game right there. You bury your chances when you can. You have an opportunity for so long before it goes away.

I don't blame the Brassard save. I don't even blame the refs. We know they're not going to help us out when the time matters. Time in and time out they always call the other way. That's why as a player you need to play well enough so that the refs don't decide your fate.

The Rangers didn't play poorly today. They played up to the level of the Sharks. But that's not good enough when you're on the bubble to make it in and the refs will never help you. They needed to come out and show that team up.

AV needs to reconstruct the lines.

Zucc on the left is actually hurting the team.

Brassard and Richards down the middle are horrid. Neither is providing ANY energy. Brassard is back to being Derrick the inconsistent. I'd rather have Miller playing on our 2nd line with Kreider and MSL than any of the line ups AV has put out there.

Don't want to over react here. We have 13 games left, some of them with key division rivals. The course of an NHL season is derived from momentum swings and streaks. We're in a cold one right now. We were riding an incredibly hot one heading into the Olympic break. They have roughly about 3-5 games to re-discover what made them click and gel. If they can do that, they'll be riding the playoffs on a hot streak and no team should want to play them.

If they continue playing lack luster, we'll be an easy first round team. Up to the coach's and the team to take control of their destiny.
