Coming down to the wire, @Sparty! Freaking Draisaitl tonight lol. You've got a pretty nice lead going into the last day and I am not feeling too great about it.

Yeah it's going to be tight, that Oilers game worked out really well for me. Need Bergeron and Oshie to play tomorrow or it will be tough, you have like your whole lineup going and I'll be a few men down. This is how it should be though!

Oshie is off but so is Marner, I'll gladly make that trade. Need Bergeron to play, thinking he probably will since he was out yesterday and he doesn't appear to be injured.

Marner out, so Kasper in for me. Tonight’s Wings game and Kasper’s debut just became extra interesting to me lol.

Well, that'll just about do it. Disappointing finish for my wagon of a team, but congrats to @Sparty (and @turkleton85)! Good luck in the Final, boys.

Thanks Jaster. That was one hell of a season, I imagine losing Kaprizov there at the end didn't help and it's no fun going out at less than full strength. Probably adding Montembeault and Iafallo there was the difference in the matchup, those two really came through for me.

Hoping I can get Bergeron, Tage and Oshie healthy for this final now.

Dude, I couldn't help but laugh when you picked up Montembaeult. I carried him most of the season and he put up some big games for me. As soon as you snatched him, I thought, 'he's gonna have a big game and dummy me.' Sure enough, lol. Shrewd pickup there.

Yeah at first I thought it was going to backfire, why did they stop playing him? Then he just had that game left against Carolina and I thought there was no way he would win but I know Canes put up tons of shots, so I kind of hoped he would stop most of them. Thankfully he did, lol.

Haha this is as close as it gets! If it turns out that way, lets hope that not too many players (if any) get rested before the playoffs. This would be really unfortunate. Good luck @Sparty !

I just made a move and it lowered my score but I think it'll get me a better score in the long run, so we'll see.

I was just looking over the league history and was surprised you hadn't won a title yet. Two seconds and a third over the years. Good luck to you too!

Starting to look inevitable that Turkeys will be our champ this year, my guys picked the wrong time to go cold. Hoping I can come back here but down by like 80 it's probably not gonna happen, lol

It seems to finally be happening - a third finals loss in a row and i would have gone down as the loser gm of the century :D

You did what Ken Holland could never do, built around Connor McDavid and brought the title home. Nice job man!

Still no repeat champs in our league so that's pretty cool at least.

Thanks a lot guys! This league is so much fun and we already completed four full seasons. Lets hope we keep this thing going for at least four more!

The fact we dont have a repeat champion shows how every thing is possible each year. My Keeper pool will probably be shaken up a bit for the first time as well...some decisions to be made on hedman, crosby, point

Yeah I ended up with Sergachev this year and looks like a lot of those Hedman stats transferred over his way, Sergachev made a huge leap this year. I was starting to wonder if it would ever happen and I didn't real plan on drafting him, he was just there when I needed a Dman and he worked out great for me.

My core is getting a remodel this year too. Patrick Kane won't be kept this year. I know his stats were way down because he was on the Hawks and they stunk, but I just have much better options and I don't think he'll be nearly as good as he has been for me. Still trying to decide what I'll do with Ehlers, he didn't really stay healthy this year and he wasn't that great when he was healthy. Probably not keeping Pacioretty either, poor guy can't stay healthy and it'll probably take another superhuman recovery from him now.

I think we decided last year that off-season/pre-season trades of keepers could be executed? I don't think anyone actually did it, but I remember discussing it. If we allow it this year, I'll probably have a couple guys of interest available.
