Gen pop sale is 11am tomorrow for round two, they posted on the big board after the game last night. Resale inventory is available on TM right now.
There is a pre-sale today. Starting ticket prices look to be $180 before fees I think.
I would love it to be 1PM so I can drive in and outThat's on the NHL and TV networks. Watch Sunday be 1pm lol
If that's the case they're in for a horribly rude awakening. They couldn't legit sell out the first round with those prices and the best matchup they could have asked for. Guess I'll play the waiting game.Looking at the prices now people are not gonna be happy with what they are for this round, it's the same prices as the first round in a lot of areas that I'm seeing.
I’m not surprised, it would have looked silly for them to go down now that excitement is at a fever pitch. Especially with only three home games max this round, and likely two of them on the weekend.Looking at the prices now people are not gonna be happy with what they are for this round, it's the same prices as the first round in a lot of areas that I'm seeing.
Yea, you can get in the door in Raleigh for $65 before fees. I feel like I should be able to get in the door for our home games for $100. I could except the prices for the first round because of the opponent, but this is ridiculous. If that's the case they're in for a horribly rude awakening. They'll drop regardless. Game 7 prices last night dropped and you can't get much more demand than that and there were thousands available. I don't see 5,000 Canes fans paying our prices to come here and watch their team. Those prices will definitely come down but I don't fault the front office for starting there. If the Devils win the first 2 games, they'll get a bunch of people to bite at those prices. If the Devils go down 0-2, they'll have to drop those prices by at least 50-60%
I understand they treat each bill with genucel to make it smooth to avoid paper cuts.Ownership got a big fat bag of money in round 1 and they advance. My oh my.
They're pricing the tickets based on what the STH's are listing their additionally purchased tickets for. I hate dynamic pricing.
I'll hope at these prices that the waiting game will work for home game #2 which will be a weekday. $200 plus to just get in for the upper corners is a bit much.I think they (the Devils and sths) are overestimating demand for this round. Rangers fans ultimately had ~ 25% of the tickets (more or less), and I don't know that there is demand for an additional 4,000 seats among Devils fans (at these prices). Despite it being Round 2. And you will need far more than 4,000 fans to buy, as (again, at these prices) many will go to a game, but not 2 or 3.
Will be interesting to see what happens when you don't have Rangers fan demand buying up tickets. There was a shit ton of blue in the building last night, we're incredibly fortunate they didn't have a reason to get loud. I hope the fan base steps up.I saw all sorts of doomsayer predictions for the first round not come true and I don’t mean on the ice here, I’ll believe the Devils’ ticket office’s eyes are too big for their heads when I see it.
Or $267 after fees for 209 row 6. Insane!
Some of them were always going to find a way in for a potential clincher because it was...a potential clincher, thanks in part to brokers and yes, the overpricing of leftover seats which kept tickets from being sold until there was an actual Game 7. Not to mention they were no doubt buying on the secondary market earlier than we were given they got up in the series. Will be interesting to see what happens when you don't have Rangers fan demand buying up tickets. It seems to be for a good chunk of locations if not all the pre-sale prices are mirrored for the second round. Just did a comparison for a few sections and they're all the same.
Game 3 could be a really hot ticket if we play well and especially if they schedule it during the afternoon for some reason.
