Did you actually see the no goal that we're talking about? You make it sound like he turned and shoved it off to avoid a goal.

pretty much..he saw the pass was going to come to Panarin in the slot, he slid across so hard he knocked the net off....

pretty easy to see

Ducks fans better hope Getzlaf isn't going to be one of those players that turns 30 and falls off the face of the planet because he looked awful tonight. He looks sick or injured or old.

They aren't going to be fined for making the right call.

perhaps they may be fined for not having the net completely on its pegs....oh wait it was.....anderson just knocked it off on purpose.... and stole a point for his team by breaking the rules...

He slid across so hard -before- the pass? Andersen can see into the future.

Dude weights 230lbs.... I'd imagine he produces some force kicking off that post. Still doesn't make it intentional. I guess you could give him the chunky monkey penalty

Good lord, man. You don't have a clue, do you? You should take a look at the play later, when you aren't so impassioned. Your description of it is so far off.

I have watched it dozens of times...doesn't matter if the goalie did it on purpose or not.....if the ref had accessed his common sense he would have called a PIM if the goal was no good....

pretty simple actually

Actually, it does matter if it's on purpose. The rules are your friend. The referee was making a call based on the rule, but you seem to be taking issue with the fact he didn't ignore the rules.

So yes, it is pretty simple. The referee made the right call. He followed the rules.
