The weaknesses were glaring even during the streak. Kids that deserved to be brought up could of been to address the weakness...trades could of been made. Botterill sat on his hands.
He continues to sit on his hands as Housley doesn't feel like icing the best line up because a youngster made a mistake and must be punished.

When the coach and GM don't seem to care about winning then you eventually get what you're getting tonight and what you've gotten for the last 10 ish games... a team that doesn't care about winning.

No one mentioning this. But 2nd game in a row Tavares (-4)was dominated by one of the top Centers in the game. Bergeron last game, Mackinnon tonight. He just couldn't keep up tonight. Never was the fastest guy, he is not going to get faster in the 1st year of a 11M, 7 year contract. Watch that contract age.

And just like that, Toronto has fallen out of the top-5 in points percentage; they are now behind San Jose.
