Like seriously- I don't think I've ever seen a whinier, bitchier group of hockey fans online than Rochester's/Buffalo's. This coming from someone whose teams' biggest rivals at both the NHL and AHL levels are Penguins. If only the Amerks had been allowed their 60 minute powerplays like they deserved, and Hershey wasn't a bunch of doo doo head meanies who (GASP!) threw checks, they would've crushed that big bad team of goons and "mid-2010s busts"

It's a shame because I wanna give the Amerks themselves credit- they were definitely outmatched experience wise but they didn't bend much, had solid tending and kept pushing till the end. They had me uncomfortable on the edge of my seat as a Bears fan.

Was at a welcome party for a wedding tonight so I couldn’t watch but hell yeah Bears. My kids will be old enough next season for us to make the trek to Hershey.
Darn it an unusually busy work Friday made me total forget about this game but congrats to Hershey. Great seeing prospect go deep in a playoff run.

This is in a few hours. Do they have the game dates out yet? And is it 2-3-2 or 2-2-1-1-1 for home away spilts?
If it's Coachella I'm guessing 2-3-2, it's it's Milwaukee I'm betting 2-2-1-1-1. Really hope we get a weekend game...I want to buy tickets this morning but can only go weekends so probably won't be able to without knowing the dates.

I think it'll be 2-3-2 regardless. That was the setup when they played Milwaukee in the 06 Finals.

It’s odd to sell them when the game dates are still TBA. I guess local bear fans can make most games.

Bought my tickets for the first two home games via 3 day mail so I'm hoping either CV wins or the series gets extended nicely so they arrive in plenty of time

I bought tickets for both 1 and 2... Taking a chance and hoping for one weekend game and I'll sell the other ones lol
Even great seats a few rows up from the glass in the bears attack zone are only like 50 bucks. Highly recommend if anyone can make the trip. Hopefully we can sell it out!

I'm one of the "needs the dates" fans with work & drive time to Hershey. I'd guess if the West Finals wrap on Monday, maybe game 1 Thursday or Friday, if the West goes to game 7 then game 1 Saturday or Sunday. Purely speculation on my part, though. It's ashame the league can't put out a definitive schedule, with the caveat of home / away TBD. Either way, excited to have made it this far and to see how the next couple of weeks play out.
I've also heard that Hershey Entertainment does not want home games on Saturday or Sunday because they don't have staff (security, concessions, etc) to run both Hershey Park & a sold out Giant Center on a summer weekend. No idea if that is true, but the person who told me has semi-insider knowledge.
