That's fine, but he could be doing that in the NHL right now. You're not happy he's apparently doing very well in Rockford?

He's driving awful metrics in the world's most sheltered roleYou’re probably miserable that Reichel is playing well
Curious, what awful metrics are you seeing? He's driving awful metrics in the world's most sheltered role
The scoresheet is empty calories
He should've had a better camp then! I think it's good they sent him down and I think it's great he's doing well in Rockford. He's proving to the org that he's got the ability to take their critiques in order to get better and be an NHL player. I'm sure he'll be up soon if he keeps playing like this, even if it's by the trade deadline or next season. That's fine, but he could be doing that in the NHL right now.

I'm sorry but after the comments I hear about Hawks from you it makes me question everything you post.
That graph says nothing about how he’s played. That graph tells you where a faceoff is and who is in the ice for the other team.
More offensive deployment than anyone else on the team.
Faces the weakest competition out of anyone else on the team.
And yet relative to the bums he faces, he generates very little scoring chances, and bleeds scoring chances against.
Don't let the lucky 6 points fool you, he's a detriment.
This chart only shows things that are outside of his control. If you're going to use metrics to say he's been sheltered, fine, but then you have to use metrics to say he's not performing. 'He generates very little scoring chances, and bleeds scoring chances against' isn't metrics.

He should be facing the weakest opposition he's been stapled to the fourth line.

and because he is so inconsistent and people talk about him as if he's a #1D man, when he isn't.Thought Jones was good
Gets too much hate/flak around here IMO because of contract
is musto the only person here capable of losing an argument with fiddy? But even if Reichel and 4th line get sheltered minutes and less minutes,he is pkaying with 4th liners not first or 2nd liners...and probably playing with sheltered minutes 3rd pairing dmen ...so maybe who heis on with contributes to your corsi 'bum" analysis for Reichel...
Also the Musto chart shows Bedard is facing only a bit above average quality of competition ...so disappointing he is not producing more.. especialky goals.
Bedard pkays much more than Reichel...6 poibts byReichel for his monutrsvpjayed with 4th liners is contrary to the Musto "bum" analysis , imoresdive production in more limted minutes played.
But they have given Reichel now featured PP1 duty together with Bedard...Nd that extra speed helps tge puck movement..so expect more dividends from rhat use of Reichel.
Sure hebus no Kucherov...but hey neitgervis Bedard that level of effective weapon.

Re :Reichel, I wanted Mercer instead as bad as anyone, but its very easy to see how much better hes ben playing lately. He and Smith seem to have a real connection, his passing has gotten much better, and you can see his confidence growing game by game, albeit in a sheltered situation. I still laugh at his skating, as he looks like a 9 year old on rockers trying to keep his balance, and his strength on the puck is weak, but he looks to me like a bona fide NHL player in the making to me. Where he ends up is still going to be up to him.
I'll admit I'm not familiar with Corsi ratings, how they work, and what they show. All I saw was a chart that didn't indicate anything about actual performanceThat's literally quantified by corsi
He's just really toolsy and plays a brain dead style. Its all talent. Really frustrating to watch when its bad.Thought Jones was good
