If you guys are pissed about what you gave up, I implore you to go re-watch Bo's performance against Tampa in the SCF. He was arguably our best defenseman throughout that entire series. He has all the tools and always craved a #1 role, which he was never going to get in Colorado or Buffalo. He's gonna cook with Bedard. Still has Duncan Keith upside.

Byram is exactly what this team needs. It's exactly what we lacked last season.

He can move the puck, play the pp and he has good size. He'll easily be a 50+ point player.

I don't know about you guys but I'm tired of watching shit hockey. I was tired of it in 2023. I'm sure Bedard is tired of 60 and 70 point seasons and missing the playoffs. It was time to make a move and bring in a proven soon to be top pair D.

Byram will be great for us for at least 8 seasons. Let's make the playoffs next year!
100% agree. I think this starts making things attractive for FAs and or trades. I LOVE this trade. People are over valuing the pick with what the Sharks did today.

Crevier thing legit? Thats extra awful. I was just pointing out people were making a big thing about Kesselring but I would take Crevier over him easily. Kesselring hasnt even been a reliable PKer or more than a #5.

I hate it more. I was upset last offseason when fans kept penciling in Crevier as a 7 instead of regular player.
