Any word on Fogarty?
It’s doubly-offensive when a vet does something to hurt a fringe-y players chance to make it to the show. That’s insult to injury. Same with the headshot on Boo in the pre-season.
I think that’s what makes Tom Wilson particularly offensive. Most of his headshots are on guys trying to break in and get an NHL paycheck.

Gotta say, I couldn't be happier with how we've handled Georgiev this year. He's even got back-to-back NHL starts when he's deserved them.

Agree. A lot of us here noted during offseason that with proper planning by the front office being a primary backup to Hank won’t prevent Georgiev from getting a decent amount of starts between NHL and AHL to continue developing.

Yup, I was in that camp as well; gotta admit that I never expected it to be done this fluidly though.
For as shitty as this team is right now, it's difficult to pick glaring faults with Gorton or Quinn. There are some nitpicky things here and there that I'm sure we'd all like done differently, but to this point, they're both staying consistent to their respective agendas.

They're definitely not a good thing. Lindgren jumped all over Bernier after that hit but wasn't penalized but Fogarty didn't come back for the last two periods.

What a shame. Some cynical minor league plug costing a guy a shot at his big chance. (Seemingly). There will be open roster spots on the nhl team soon. And Fogarty would have been probably next guy in line.

I really liked what i saw from Fogarty when he was up. Hope he can get healthy and get another chance.

Brickley (Schneider who?) from Holland and Gilmour with 27 seconds left in the period ties it.
