I'd say Murray or Jost would be preferable as cap dumps. Compher would take a bit more going back than just Barron and a 1st.

Hard to say tbh…. I though Anaheim might get him to sign at 7.5 but if he’s open market won’t be shocked if he goes 8.5.

also depends on what he prioritizes…. Winning, money, place he’d like to live

Biggest thing from ducks board was we didn’t really want compher…. While compher isn’t a useless player we have a lot of those types paid less

barron + 1st for lindholm and I think the debate was how compher + retention worked

Would be an insane shut down pair but having each on their own pairing for ~23 minutes a night is also appealing.
Yzerman can easily overpay, give him a letter and build around those two on the backend.

Probably in the 7 x $7,500,000 range, So slightly less then Trouba but not by much.
