Yeah, I can totally appreciate MSL giving Dach all the time he needs to work this out, but he's gotta have better situational game planning. Dach shouldn't be out there in certain situations right now.

No. The Dach trade was the kind of move you make every time. Injuries got in the way but that was a great trade.

As for Newhook, he’s a complimentary player. We didn’t give up much for him.

Some posters here will watch a whole season of him fumbling the puck and still preach patience because they had proclaimed Dach the next Ryan Getzlaf after 20 games of good hockey next to Suzuki in 2023.

It's on Dach he had the puck on his stick and tried to clear it and did not clear it. There's no way this was a pass to Slaf and if it was then it was an awful pass. I think he tried to clear and did not put enough weight to it.

The goal is on Dach indeed. But Hutson trigger the chain of events that will eventually lead to that (and he lost his man at the end, Lee). If we really want to do distinctions one is a rookie doing rookie mistakes, the other is lost and keep doing plays that make him more lost.

Slaf played okay everytime he was not with Armia, Newhook, Dvorak or Dach. I don't get the focus on Slaf honestly he's very far from the worst player in the team atm. He would be among the 4 best forward scorers of most teams in the NHL.
