Ylonen is looking really good... Needs some consistent reps with a skilled C imo.
Newhook is cooking, Slaf is looking pretty good, contributing to a few CC snipes might be just the confidence booster needed to start playing even more assertively.
Gally needs to be stappled to Pez and pulled off the pp.

Somehow the same people clamoring about doing a proper rebuild are also complaining about losing games. Make it make sense someone lol
I’m convinced that if MSL was still playing hockey he would be better than some players we have in our lineup.

I love that Gallagher played 1st PP in the final 2 minutes. Game didn’t matter anymore. Why not see what he can do? You never know.
You see @Tyson ... This is what we need more of to keep this place fun as we navigate another lottery season
(for the record, I stand by my hot take that we will defy expectations and be in the wild card chase.... Unless Dach, now Guhle, is the start of another league leading injury season)

-Injury to key young player.
-God-awful specialty teams.
Looks like a classic Habs game to me
Newhook, Slaf & Ylonen all look to be progressing in the right direction
Team dusted off a poor start & brutal special teams night to close out the game with life... I call that energy.
Not sure just how much more was the expected this season

I wouldn’t say Caufield’s been shit, he’s got a point in each game and has been one of our only sources of offense despite Suzuki’s disappearing act.

Sadly with the way Suzuki has started this season. There may be some in our fan base who would now agree with him.
Very good game by Ylonen, give him some reps on the top 6.

He has 43 career powerplay points. I just don't understand how the PP isn't driving HOFer Martin St Louis crazy. The guy was top 100 in NHL history for PP points.
