He really really wants to be reconsidered for a top 6 job. Bunting has definitely made a case for himself too. How the lineup shakes out will be interesting. Good issues to have though. We should be able to roll 4 lines pretty well this year and play with a lot of pace

If we get rookie season Soup back we're laughing. Bunting/Ritchie-Kerfoot-Kase/Spezza would be the best 3rd line we've had in years with 5+ NHLers to pick from for the 4th line. Could potentially have an Engvall-Kampf-Kase 4th line for turning D-zone starts into offensive faceoffs.

I know you're joking but it's still ridiculous to rag on Simmonds.

He was doing his work and chipping in until he got hurt. He can still play depth power forward, Gabriel won't make the team unless we need an extra face puncher to keep a goon team in check. he gas no gas tank and way below average puck handling.
