Still don't get the hate for Desharnais. He scores the winner in OT and still gets slammed...

Fans are not happy with a Habs win ... So strange

I'm beginning to think some Habs' fans are just miserable by nature. Man, we played a pretty good game against a disciplined team with stifling defense and managed to penetrate and win. We should be proud of these guys, one and all. Habs' teams of the past would have stunk the joint out.

Still lots of venom being spewed the Habs way by the clueless on the mainboard. So much whining and Habs hatred. The thread as turned into a total Habs crapfest instead of actually discussing the disallowed goal call for the most part.

Let's try to avoid becoming arrogant ;) 6-1 is fantastic, sure. But we haven't really had a perfect game yet.

The only thing perfect about our team is our character, and refusal to give up.

If my negative comment is because that player scored and made us win the game? Go ahead. Save this post in your archive, and rub it in my face. Because I'll deserve it.

Criticism of our own players after a win is not what outraged us. Unless we had a perfect game, obviously. What outraged us is people getting upset because a certain player happened to score. Because their hate for certain players in our lineup is stronger than their desire for their team to win.

I hated Gomez, and yet was still happy when he scored goals.

My comments outraged you? Seriously?

Not sure if you guys saw it but for those still arguing it was a good goal...0:40 and rule 69 is all you need to know.

No no, i'll post it every time you criticize any player in a win.

Also go back and read what she wrote, if you come back with the same "hate for certain players in our lineup is stronger than their desire for their team to win," go back and re-read it again, and again until you actually see what she wrote.

I don't think she's upset that the Habs won, more like that Mighty Midget got a point in doing so.

Again its her prerogative.

I don't know what's up with the hate of DD this year, he's been playing great. Tonight he played one bad period and he's Lucifer.

And then...:yo:

I have to say though I don't get why the press keeps portraying the Wings as a clean team or them playing "clean hockey". These guys are vicious. Tons of grabbing and hooking and interference and borderline stuff and intimidation. They just don't drop the gloves when they fight.

He is the one that made our team win, in case you did not noticed.

DD been solid this year but it changes nothing. I'm still gonna bash on him because it's easy to do so.

They're a tough team to face. Extremely well coached and they know where the line is.

Playing the Bruins is a breeze in comparison.
