Then it all went to shit.

Yea, after they were initially acquired, they looked like good depth pick ups that added size and grit. Martensen in that first game had me hyped. King looked good also.

I loved Ott, though. He gave us some real good and funny moments.

No different from minor hockey in Canada. There is a strong movement to remove any form of head blows. As an Executive Director of an amateur sport organization I spend an increasing amount of my time addressing the issue of Safe Sport both on and off the competitive arena. Fantilli’s hit was, regrettably in all the circumstances, a match penalty.
