Kinda funny seeing Swedes are rooting mostly for Dahlin, and not the team... but I understand them. I too wish Znaroks to lose.
Wjc was at higher level then this olympicsEveryone except the 18 year olds suck. Braindead players.
He battled pretty hard, moved the puck well and gave some good passes. He's also the only player willing to shoot the puck. That's valuable.
I don't envy the kid. I'd be pretty pissed if i had to play the last 5 minutes straight because nobody else in the team is capable of shooting the puck. That's a heavy load to carry for and 18 year old.
Scoring just one goal from all those chances doesn't bode too good for the real games
Wjc was at higher level then this olympics
Tolvanen was more dangerous then any swedish forwardNot when it doesn't show up on the board.
So what you're saying is that a player cannot play well if he does not score? Not when it doesn't show up on the board.
I know people like to hype prospects around here way too much, but that's just total bs.Wjc was at higher level then this olympics
clutch doesn't exist.
Not possible because if we beat Canada we'll face in the semis.I hope we'll see each other again in the final
The hell it was.

Too bad the guy would rather always blast the puck as soon as it gets to him rather than knowing what the situation is like and corraling the puck before shootingTolvanen was more dangerous then any swedish forward
Yes but then again if Tolvanen had even a little bit of luck (which you absolutely need when it comes to scoring) he would've had a lot more than 1 goal in that tournament.Tolvanen had more points in 2 olympic games then entire wjc tournament
What? Is this sarcasm? He almost never does this.Too bad the guy would rather always blast the puck as soon as it gets to him rather than knowing what the situation is like and corraling the puck before shooting
That's like saying psychology doesn't exist. Clutch is pure sports psychology since playing under a lot of pressure is a different tier from just playing.
Some players are great but crack under pressure; others can keep a cool head and some even get extra competitive when it matters the most.
Seriously for someone obsessed with sports psychology and having played various sports it's so weird to hear "clutch doesn't exist"
Tolvanen was more dangerous then any swedish forward
South koreaSo who do the Finns play in the challenge game?
Uhmm.. The onetimers against Norway and Sweden that happened at the last minutes of the match when the defender was too far to reach him in the 1st place? It's a valid criticism. I should have specified that his one-timers need work. The one that got through Haugen was due to Haugens bad awareness of where the shot was coming from. What? Is this sarcasm? He almost never does this.

So you cant play well without scoring?Yet they scored two goals and Tolvanen zero.
His one-timers are the best part of his game. He should blast those the instant he gets them, that's why its called a one-timer. Also he gets like 1 or 2 one timer chances per game because the only person in the team who knows how to pass one is Lepistö.Uhmm..
