I wrote when Sweden was up 2-1 that whatever happens in this game all i will remember is the diving. It does not belong. Completely ruined my mood for WHC.

Have to say that the Czechs well deserved that win due to being the clearly better team in the 1st and 3rd. Surprisingly there have been some dives from our side that obviously shouldn't be part of the game. I don't recall this being a common thing for the Czech team though, so its really surprising.

Swedes were giving us a tough game as usual; maybe they were surprised by the speed and agility of the Czechs at this WC, precisely what our team lacked the throughout the last years WC's.

I have no doubt that Sweden will improve over the next games, especially with the reinforcements of the NHL. Was a great game to watch and the Swedes were a tough competitor.

Malkin and Ovechkin only played once together at WHC, and it was like 2 games for Ovechkin. One the semis jetlagged and the final. But never there was such a full cast of superstars assembled.

I'm not a Bartosak fan but he did hold it all together for us.

Our weak D didn't look that weak. Our top lines kept it respectable and our 3rd line scored.

Instead of congratulating the Czechs on a deserved win (the dives were surprising even for me, but they didn't have an influence on today's game) members on here complain about all sorts of things: refs, ice, opponents players.

Let's sum it up. We played better for more time, I hated the diving but it didn't affected the result directly, same as Swedish Ds not being calm to say at least. Also, Swedes will be better with Wennberg and Klingberg.

Rutta has to build up, others played quite well if not great, I'm not gonna analyse them all. Wish Tre Kronor great tournament and hopefully we will not bury this win tomorrow.
