I personally feel that is one thing Czechs should've done years ago.. install a few NHL size arena's to help our better players do better at World Juniors (which are mostly in Canada or US bordertown) and when they transition to North America.

Good idea, but I’m still pretty much convinced the key aspect of success drought is youngsters development.
