Only seen the last 10 minutes and the Russians look far from impressive. Were they better in the first, or was it PP reliant?

There is no way svechnikov is making detroit next year. He is less visible than Yakupov was, and this guy is beyond overrated

The Zhuldikov & Rykov pairing have made trouble for themselves all period... two unforced icings, ~5 passes to opponents or missing tape and that scramble near the net in the middle of the period. (though there was a similar scramble with another pairing (Mikulovich pairing?) on around same time too.)

Last shift or two have been better from them though.

Rykov has not been good in any of the games, nor was he good at the sss. Imho - someone was pulling for him from the federation

Belarus should score, to wake our guys up. They've been sleeping this period compared to the 1st.

Provorov caught Belarus napping at the end of the period. Almost a great goal.

What kind of role does Nikita Zhuldikov have on Russia? Looked like he was a #8 D and now he's on the top pair? Does he play on the powerplay? Have him in one of my WJC pools.

When it's needed our team pressure Belarus and playing like 5 vs 4 always in their zone. Can pressure when it's powerplay by them. You can see absolutely different level of teams. As commentator said, 3:0 comfortable score, why to ''tear ass'' to score more? There still will be moments)

Heheh, 'tear ass', such a Russian formation :D.
