Decent offensive talent but like alot of other young defencemen, they think they're gonna be the next Karlsson and become rather poor defensively as a result thinking it's all about the offense now as a D-man.
Ferraro, Finns have skill the issue is it's stuck behind the net on PP2 instead of being the one running PP1.
If Manninen missed a chance like that from Kakko's pass, there would be a lot of people moaning about how Kakko was denied an assist he absolutely deserved.

Don't blame him. He's being used incorrectly on the PP and is being missed by this teammates often. He's actually playing very well today.
Kakko plays for 3 seconds on the right point and achieves more than what whoever was there did in 5 games.

One thing you can tell that he's young is how visibly frustrated he gets when things are not working out. Happened all the time during the Liiga season too.

Yes, they will really need a lot of luck to beat Germany. Actually I read before the tournament that it's a miracle if this bunch of scrubs makes it to the quarterfinals. Let's see if they make it. I think they've still got a decent chance according to the standings.
Finland's so lucky they played vs Canada at the start, when Canada hadn't found their game yet. This is such an awful team, 4 4th lines. Almost no skill. Boneheaded defensemen. Outside of Kakko, there's Lehtonen who's playing pretty well. Other than that, constant wrong decisions and terrible puck control.

Why should they have only a decent chance for the quarterfinals? Quarterfinals are granted for Finland, the only question is against whom.

By that logic Hanifin etc shouldn't play in NHL. Pretty sure Detroit is more interested how Kaski played in 60 games rather than game against France which would lose to every FEL team.
