This has to be seen as one of the games GB take a realistic run at...especially with no Freddie in goal. Still an uphill climb as the Danes have more high end talent. GB will need a full team effort and about 35-40 saves from Bowns.

GB will "surprise" Denmark in this game, even though they got crushed in their previous game, GB's game been better what Denmark's.
3-1 W for the Great Britannia

Bowns will get the start again today.

Big game, hoping at least for a very competitive game and hopefully we can get a point or two out of it. Huge, huge day for us!

I think Denmark have played better than GB, so do not know where that comes from.

With that said, Denmark play like a bag of hot garbage when they are favourites.

If GB can get an early goal, it will stun the Danes, and the way GB play old school Canadian, does not fit Denmark well.

Hope Denmark live up to being favourites, but think GB could shock.

Heard that Patrick Galbraith is starting for Denmark?

He played with Britain's Nottingham Panthers a couple years ago.

Dreadful start for GB. Couple of poor penalties and a deserved 2-0 lead for Denmark.

Need to fix it up quickly.

Worst start to a period you could possibly have. Poor powerplay and stupid penalties. They know they're better than this.

Still early, but I don't see GB clawing their way back into this match. Looks like the relegation battle will be decided when GB and France play on monday.

GB is a Division B team!
I hope you mean Division 1A as opposed to 1B.

1B features the likes of Romania and the Netherlands and whilst GB aren't going to do well in the top group, they're way better than 1B.

You will hard time against Romania next year in 1A I sense. Netherlands is also little bit better if they could use their Tillburg players, without them they are close to be on par with you.
