GDT: Group A - May 13 - USA vs Finland (Mod warning in post 2)

93,87 in all of the playoffs. He was on fire but Kärpät couldn't use their many spots to win the championship in G6 and G7, he isn't suffering anything.
 
It was by the way an entertaining and good game from both especially the last period. I forgot to congratulate USA, I think they deserved this win. May be Finland had won with Lankinen this game but it doesn't matter. Finland is still in a very good position for the tournament.

To most people thats who simply Forsberg is.

Sometimes you've got to beat both the team you're playing and the refs, nothing new. Congrats however, I'm a fan of a lot of players on team USA.
 
Mostly an entertaining game. Too bad that the refs didn't have the balls to call the leg sweep.

That was an automatic 5+20min.

USA only won due to the catastrophical ref failure. A sad end to a great game, but we have all become accustomed to this by now. Hopefully such blatant non-calls can be avoided in the future. Finland would have very likely won the game on the 5 min PP that should have ensued after the slew foot.
