The Griffins are about to enter a stretch of six games in nine days, with a back to back to back starting tomorrow (afternoon game). Going to be a lot of hockey for the kids in a short amount of time.

Was about to say Berggie does not look all that thrilled with those goals but perhaps that's due to the score of the game.

Someone please tell me there is video/photographic evidence of this event? Would look like some dude fighting a toddler.

What is good at Griffins, there's not much of our prospects, but three of them are doing pretty good.

I'm still really impressed about Hanas. Good or bad game, he is on the scoreboard. And he is a damn young kid on that group. Like, that his all pro games he has ever played, and Edvinsson or Berggren are already going at +100 pro games level.

Edvinsson, 7 games, 1+6=7 points
Berggren, 4 games, 3+1=4 points
Hanas, 8 games, 4+2=6 points.

Only weird thing and biggest disappointment is Albert Johansson, with 0+0 points after 7 games.

Kirill Tyutyayev has 2g 2a in 6 games as well. Nice to see after he missed all last year.

It’s really tough to analyze the offense of dmen that don’t receive PP time in small samples.
Not saying he’s played amazingly or anything, just that counting stats will struggle to make accurate predictions over half a dozen games

Refs are so dumb in situations like this. One guy drops everything and starts swinging and the other guy is just standing there. Have the balls to call that dipshit for 5 and not even it up with the offsetting roughing bullshit.

Thought it was amusing that Hicketts was completely invisible in the scrum.

It incentivizes guys to go after the other teams best players like this to put them in the box. It's so cowardly and stupid on the refs part.

He could have called 5 on Hicketts and 2 for Ed.

But we all know Hicketts is not a tough guy or ‘that kind of player.’

Hicketts went to check Ed and caught a bit of a forearm to the face. Then Ed pulled him by his jersey a bit. Hickets turned around and popped Ed one with his glove on.

Once the gloves came off and Ed didn’t oblige… It didn’t seem like Hicketts kept punching. Not a big deal… that’s hockey.

Good to see Berggren ripping it .
