I started watching at the start of the 3rd and he wasn't out there. I checked the roster too and saw his name so I dunno if he left the game early or what?

Huh I don't know, says he was on the ice for the goal against. I wonder if he had a turnover and got stapled to the bench or something.
I'm thinking he must have hurt himself or something before the end of the 2nd because no turnover would get the best defenceman on the team benched for an entire 3rd period.

I've lately started likeing this Red Wings podcast, and now they have Griffins specialist there.
Very interesting to hear opinions from somebody, who follows the farm team. I've seen zero games from them at this season. Just stat-watching.
I fully understand but in the long run its better for them to be in the AHL and develop/dominate and the DRW to play meaningful games/make the playoffs rather than have them up in sheltered minutes/roles
Es shouldn't get sheltered minutes in Detroit. That is lalondes problem refusing to play youth. He could easily be getting top 4 minutes and should have been since pre season.
Mazur scores again. He's on quite the tear.
Griffins get shutout 2-0 - but Cossa was a monster, stopping 32/33 before he was pulled I believe. Save percentage up to .906
