Big ice has very little to do with two teams that have pretty mediocre defenses and high power offenses. Big ice in the NHL would turn into the ultimate 1-0 hockey.

Yeah...no. If that was a fact then NHL shouldn't play 4vs4 in OT and soon 3vs3. Why do you think they do that? Cause of the bigger room for skilled players. That's exactly what bigger ice in 5vs5 brings.

Take that Don Cherry talk somewhere else.
