Why is this even a thread ? The Devils played like ass infront of Vanaceck. Who cares if he let in a soft goal. All of our 3 goalies or just about any goalie in the league would have let in 3+ goals yesterday and not stole us a win.

This has been a thread for almost two years now and before that I was doing it in the out of town scoreboard thread for 3 years. So this has been a thing since the 18-19 season.

And this is a league wide thread, not just Devils specific. I don’t only review Devils games.

The reason that’s there’s a Devils game and Devils softy of the night is because the Devils game was the only game in the league last night……

I didn't like Schmid's goal against. Had he pitched a shutout in his relief stint I'd have been able to squint and see a path to win next game in Raleigh but it's really hard for me to envision that now.
