losing forbort sucks, he was grimacing real bad as he left the ice

I feel like our team and organization is solid enough in all of the right places that a lot of sagging guys brought in could have a resurgence. As long as we get them for the right cap hit of course.

Nash is crazy good, they might walk to the finals like us in 2012. No shame if we lost to them, but I do think this team is quite good and would give anyone a series besides the Preds and maybe the Jets.

Extremely bad luck to lose two dmen right before the playoffs ( if they get in).

I am a LaDue fan but his defense work is not the best. Not bad but tends to lose a few battles. He is obviously sheltered. He will need to step up his game and prove he is more than a pp specialist. Gravel hasn’t been the same since his illness. I wasn’t sold on LAs chances before the injuries.

Can we sign RR for the playoffs?

He will get there I think he played well last night, made some solid defensive reads that earlier in the year he was missing.

No, I think you will have

Doughty - Gravel
Phaneuf - LaDue
Folin - Fantenberg/MacDermid/Brickley etc,

I really don't think Brickley gets in there,

I think Muzzin will be ready for the playoffs. We just have to soldier on with Gravel and LaDue filling the holes until that happens. From the video and the tweet about Forbort walking out on crutches, I don't see him being available for the playoffs. Best case scenario will be to clinch Thursday, so that we can get Campbell and Brickley some playing time the last game.

We already saw MacD and Fantenburg play. We know what they bring to the table. If we clinch and have nothing to lose, the coaching staff should see how Brickley does in his first NHL game. If he really stands out, who knows. He might be an option if we see more injuries in the playoffs.

Not sure about you but I’d rather play Vegas than the Sharks anyways lol. We’ve been in playoff mode for about 3 weeks now, meanwhile the wheels in Vegas have seemingly come off.

I think we’d piss pound them in a series.

Oh yeah, I agree with that. Kings win Thursday and then tank the final game Saturday to make sure they get the WC. Play Brickley and that other guy they signed.
