How can this team be so bad offensively every year?

Just so tired of seeing the same faces year after year and expecting anything different.

The roster sucks and the style of play once again sucks.

I don't know, Gaborik has proven in the last few game she can't handle simple passes that would spring him on wide open scoring chances. Over the bulk of their careers, I'd agree, but right now the Gaboriks, Toffolis and Pearsons might as well be Roman Vopat with the way they're playing.

Shore, Iafallo, Brodzinski, Andreoff, Clifford, and Mitchell can't produce.

Toffoli, just a brutal stretch of games last Five or so.

Like you said, it’s the same faces. Perhaps a shakeup is in order? This team is not making the playoffs, and I hope Blake doesn’t make the mistake of thinking this team can contend. They need to add and build assets, no more trading them away like Lombardi was doing over the past three years.
 
Divisional record will be the death of playoff chances.

At least Quick looked like his normal self again.

Team seems so stagnant over past few years.

Ducks have now caught up to the Kings, and there’s a four way tie with 53 points between the 8th and 11th place teams (Avs, Kings, Wild, and Ducks).

One point also separates them from 2nd and 3rd in the division, trailing the Sharks and Flames. But as we’ve seen, others have surpassed the Kings, who are free falling in the standings.

They have reverted back to being the mediocre Kings, or they just overachieved at the start and have always been an average group that was being propped up by one line. The offense has dried up, and so have the wins.
