meh, i think it's necessary for the integrity of the gameCan't they have a gentleman's agreement to just let the time be over rather than doing all that **** for no reason.
Bring back the two line pass and these fast teams will have to go back to being bigger cause these guys would get crushed in the old style.
Fitting,
The Wings out played the Kings last game they met and lost.
It slows the game down. How would the 2LP rule help when it would just prevent breakaway goals?
yeah how about kopi's lack of effort on that same play
I like the old time hockey of two line rule better than today. Its cherry picking now and the 2lr kept teams honset. The game now is much softer than it once was as well.Probably make the argument that sense the 2lr was dissolved the increase speed of the game has created more serious injuries like headshots.NHL is going to have to slow the game now evidently due to the concussion issues.two line pass was one of the most obnoxious calls in the history of hockey imo
i'm all for allowing stretch passes if they decide to call interference correctly
It slows the game down.

I don't understand why you would say that. That rule was scrapped after the lock out to help speed up the game and create more chances.
The 2LP rule would not let this play happen:

Plenty of ways to bring the offense back and 2LP rule is not one of them.
Losing two out of every 3 games isn’t terrible. Spread the ice time around to the kids, trade vets for picks and try to score a top 3 pick by the end.
If you've played goal before you know it's not smart to.poke check when the guy is in a shooting position right?
Anze Kopitar, on tonight’s loss not being due to a lack of effort:yeah how about kopi's lack of effort on that same play
stood there in the crease staring at every man skate by him then stood there as the puck went past him into the net
