I just doubt Johnson would waive it unless he was going to Dallas, Florida or Nashville. The lack of state tax makes a huge difference and is why so many Tampa players have movement protections. Even if the team doesn't want you, would you give up millions when you specifically bargained for this protection? Killorn also has a 16 team NTC, so moving him will be tough as well.
