And that is ridiculous. If it was a clean hit fine. But it was shoulder to head.

Fantilli's head was ridiculously low. That's what caused the contact. He's blindly skating into his opponent and his head was so low Fantilli doesn't even see the poor guy who got kicked out. You can't do that in hockey. You can't expect your opponents to give you space in the slot if you just bend down enough.

Gotta keep your head up. Always but especially when skating into the slot with the puck.

NHL penalizes the same legal hits.

Hitting will cause players to get hit in the head. You don't want players to get hit in the head, eliminate checking
