I like Gallant the person. He's good for 'culture' but he gets exposed as a hockey coach late in the playoffs.

Getting big AV vibes from Gallant, and have all season.
Obviously, you don't throw away someone after a single season, especially with the team achieving as much as it did this year, but I can't say I've been all that impressed.

If your biggest weakness is that you get exposed late in the playoffs then you are the best coach of all time.
Not that I even agree with the premise. We were "exposed" way more in round 1.

Oh, there's one exception to that though - if Kakko demands a trade Gallant should be fired on the spot.
I dont give a f*** how many points we had this year. This team is terribly coached. Horrible breakdowns all the time. Shesterkin won this team 30 points this year..

Our 5v5 play for the amount of talent we have is abysmal.
We will not win with this 5v5 production. It's been like this all season
Significantly outcoached in all 3 playoff series is not a very good look

I truly can't believe I waited so long for AV to be fired only to once we get competative again to hire the same f***ing person. I am sick to my stomach that I have to watch us get out coached over and over. Praying that Drury fires him but not holding my breath.
