Thanks to everyone for posting game updates and thoughts on our prospects. I've been watching but tend to chime on on just the negative stuff, which is not fair to a team that just won their division title.

Getting Toporowski, Lettiei, and Reilly back over the past few weeks will be huge for Providence during their playoff run. And Tralmaks looks like he's back to 100%.

I'm not sure what to think about this long layover between games (first playoff game is at The AMP on Friday, 4/28), but their top guys should be healthy.

It'll be interesting to see Lysell in playoff action. He's REALLY faded down the stretch (1 g, 0a, -2 in his last 8 games). Hope he's ready to play.

A right shot defense prospect in Providence?

It's been so long.

so, likely to see Harrison and Brunet once the playoffs start or will they be onlookers?
My speculation: it's unlikely Mougenel plays two defensive newcomers and Lohrei probably has the leg up on Brunet. With that said, it wouldn't surprise me if there was some rotation on the blueline throughout the playoffs so it's possible Brunet gets into a game. As for Harrison, I'd be surprised if he starts the playoffs (or plays at all) since he's not really a fit in the bottom 6 and it's unlikely he usurps a top 6 spot unless there are an injury or two or three.

so having all the boys from their bounced Jr teams come to Providence is essentially to expose them to AHL/Pro life and less about playing them at this stage unless injuries occur?

Not pushing back on the decisions to bring them to Providence, just trying to understand things a bit better about the situation.

It's like an extended Development Camp

Ya never a bad thing to get some exposure. Even practicing against AHL guys will be beneficial for them. If they see some game action (some did the end of regular season) then it's a bonus.
