can you fans here fill me in on the matchup vs Hartford please and thanks. How did the boys play against them this year, are the PB`s heavy favorites etc...?

Much appreciated

Kind of strange that Reilly isn't in the lineup tonight seeing as how he's been one of their best defensemen. I haven't seen any mention of him being with Boston.

The Callahan-Didier pairing was horribad down the stretch...hope they don't cost the P-Bruins a game/series.

Lettieri-Merkulov-Lysell were real good early in the year but haven't played together in weeks/months. Tralmaks-Koppanen-Brazeau were good last year but I don't think they've played together at all this year. Lines can always change but it's an interesting time to move away from what you've been using lately...but that hasn't stop Montgomery from doing the same.

Going with Dyck (who has never played in the AHL and hasn't seen live action in over a month) as the backup is risky if Bussi gets hurt -- but they don't have a ton of options. DiPietro seems to still be hurt. Keyser is needed as the EBUG for Boston tonight. They probably don't want to take Brassard away from Maine during their playoffs. Hopefully it doesn't matter.

The whole Bruins organization collectively soiled itself last night. The Providence game was so boring.

P’s played like a regular season game. 14 shots, got shutout but only 1 GA. Hope they show better tonight.

Decent effort but they fall short 2-1
Hartford's speed to much for Providence's D's heavy feet

This series is over. WolfPack have been the better team for like 100 out of the 120 minutes played so far. I want Lohrei, Brunet, Poitras, Harrison, and Kuntar all in the lineup next game. I'd rather lose 10-0 with the rookies than another boring, lifeless effort from the vets who are supposed to be leading this team. Make it happen, Mougenel (zero chance he does).

Yeah, I wanted a long Providence run because it is good for the prospects, but you do have to play them. Maybe not everyone should be in the lineup, but if for example Lohrei is not one of the top 6 guys there, then we have big problems in out prospect group, because there are some very medicore AHL defenseman playing.

Same with the offense, obviously they need a great deal of help.

Boston loses….what a complete shocker!!! Any chance PBruins will get Lauko for game 3? Would also like to see Filipe and Asselin considered. Also, C. Hall led Maine in play-off scoring, wonder if he’ll be back up now that Maine is out. Definitely need a fresh look for game 4 Wednesday. Let’s go PBruins!
