It's not just one prospect. It's literally all of them. Tedenby, Josefson, Loktionov, and Larsson. In goes Olesz, Carter, Gionta, and Harrold/Volchenkov. It's almost like he's trying to **** them up so he can add more 30 year old AHL/NHL borderliners to his lineup.
I actually really like that 1st line, the 2nd line has some potential, the 3rd line is "meh" and Zajac needs to wake the **** up and fast... and our 4th line is probably our most consistent line.
I just sucks that we have a complete line of youngsters in the pressbox, who aren't getting any icetime whatsoever. That can't be good for their lurning curve

I'm fine with it overall. Olesz could maybe provide some more size/board work to that line. Maybe Brunner and Zajac can click and help get Zajac going.

Defense pairs are same as Tues. in Vancouver: Salvador-Zidlicky; Greene-Fayne; Volchenkov-Harrold; Larsson as extra.
Thats an even bigger travesty then benching Josefson.

I wouldn't have a problem with if JJ got some game time. But you're just going to recycle Carter on the 4th line? Awful.
I like Lokti a lot, he just has to be more aware in the defensive zone.

this year, again, I find myself saying ‘ahh, lou is probably forcing this lineup on pete…probably trying to work out a trade or showcase volch or whatever the hell’ in a desperate attempt to justify his bull****. im officially off that now. im still for re-assessing after 10 games, but if we’re getting the same results with the same ragtag group of vets, im going full firedeboer

This is really turning into a disturbing trend with this guy. Lou better see what's going on and take action.
Loktionov was offered 3 mil and turned it down to sign with us. How does he get rewarded? Makes one mistake and gets benched even though he is one of our more talented forwards.
Josefson, Loktionov and Larsson NEED to be in the lineup every day. End of Story.
I can't blame Loktionov if he ditched us and went to the KHL or if Larsson and Josefson reguested trades.

The fact that Larsson is the only player who can be sent down without going threw waivers is pretty sad as well.
WTF is the answer when talking about Josefson, Tedenby and Loktionov? I can live with a rotation every other game but we have two rookies who haven't seen a single second of icetime so far this season and by the looks of things, aren't going to see their name on the roster board, in the locker room, anytime soon either.
I'm seriously questionning the way we're bringing up our rookies. We rushed Larsson, we're playing mind games with Josefson and Tedenby doesn't have the confidence of our coaching staff even if he were to score 5 goals in a game. I'm not even touching the "Mark Fayne" saga.
So, with that said, can someone explain me what the big plan is for our youngsters?

We have a surplus of players on our roster, let it be up front or on our blueline. We have a entire line up front that can play at the NHL level but can't since we have too many options and our coach would rather dress veterans over rookies.
On defence, we have a solid 2nd pairing d-man who's being benched in favour of a career #7 and a over the hill cement skater who should be our #8 d-man, yes... behind our 6 blueliners and Brodeur cause Marty has 10x more skills when breaking out of our zone compared to #28.
