Not sure if anyone saw this or not. U sports game between Alberta and UPEI, one of the most blatant goalie runs I think I've seen. Video doesn't show it but the guy that ran the goalie sucker punched the goalie later in the scrum also.

Such a tough game to root for. On the one hand, avoiding Denver would be nice. On the other hand, even considering rooting for Cornell just makes me sick. On the third hand, renewing the BU/Cornell rivalry for a trip to the Frozen Four would be pretty awesome.

That looks like an easy 5 on the Denver player. I don't at all agree with the color commentator that there was a sudden head movement that suddenly exposed the Cornell player's head.

Yup, you could even see him start to turn to the bench before deciding "nah I'm gonna hit this guy". Could have been completely clean in terms of headshot or not and still would have been a deserved interference penalty.

Denver got one real good chance in the slot on a nice passing play that Shane tracked really well, outside of that they got pretty much nothing.

Wholly deserved, too. They've had the better chances. If anything they haven't been able to step on Denver's throat after missing a penalty shot and an empty net on a rebound on a bouncing puck.
