Yeah I was about to say the same thing.. I'm pretty shocked to be honest.. looks like NBC is sending the HD signal to the US and then downcoverting it to analog (and converting PAL->NTSC) using some high quality hardware, where TSN is probably using some crappy conversion (both resolution wise, and PAL->NTSC wise)

Of all the games I've watched so far, this is definitely the most exciting. Great back and forth action.
 
Good effort but no cohesion on this U.S. team. Nobody knowing where the puck is, where they're supposed to be. Terrible spacing at times, four guys standing close enough to touch each other. DiPietro's playing well, though.
 
I'm about to blow up right now. The *******s at NBC West are showing the damn game tape delayed. I'm so ****ing pissed right now I can't even describe it.
 
Budaj is having rebound issues, lucky for him the Slovak defense is always ther ein the slot for him.
 
I haven't caught many games this year because of school, but the games that I have seen mostly have been boring and I usually just stop watching anyways. I fell asleep during the 3rd period of today's CAN vs. SUI game. I think the quality of hockey isn't as great as it was in Salt Lake. Probably because the schedule is much more compressed here, and the lockout might have affected the play as well. But I agree, this game is worth watching.
 
I'm not understanding the "great game" comments. It looks pretty sloppy to me, but good effort on both sides.
