As long as you have one red jersey and one white jersey, you can still wear red even if many others also wear it. The black jerseys are ugly as hell and you can barely read the numbers/ names on the back.

That's why I love the Swedish colours, either yellow or blue jerseys, it sticks out.

Swedens yellow are quite nice, as Finlands blue and Russias red when they have the eagle on it and a bit of blue on their socks. Never liked Swedens blue with a hint of yellow, not as nice as Finland blue jerseys. Kazakstan have nice looking blue jerseys as well. Reminds me of Finlans older jerseys with a lighter blue.

Yeah people should be proud for wearing their own country's true colors, but players don't decide the colors of the jersey.

I'm suprised that Sweden doesn't have a lead for this game yet. I had them as big favorites for this game.

Claude Julien is a good coach though.

The 5 biggest Swedish SHL scorers and the 6 biggest Swedish KHL scorers were left off the team. Likes of Lindberg, Lindholm, Strömwall should be on the team. Also, I don’t think we are favorites at all. Don’t put words into my mouth. I don’t rate this team particularly highly and never have.

I do what I want. You don't decide that. "Behave", as someone usually writes in here.
Your opinions don't matter that much for me because you can't even recognize that Finland has been better than Sweden this last decade. Also, you had quite the players 2019 but you didn't win the gold. You always seem to have some explanations to everything. You are funny, you amuse me.

Sweden won gold in 2013, 2017 and 2018. Finland have one gold. No need to be insecure. One year, in 2019, doesn’t represent a decade. Why should I accept something that no one who isn’t finnish thinks? No need to have this debate again though, even though the stats show a clear favor for Sweden.

Yeah, 2017 and 2018 you had your best players as well. You know, if you can create explanations for every failure? Others can create explanations for every success Sweden accomplishes. Ever thought about that wise brain?

That's the thing with you and I guess you've never reflected about that. When you win, you are the best no matter what but when you lose? There is an explanation.

Finland has been better the last decade? Is that why Sweden has more medals than they have and specifically more gold medals in international tournaments? What kind of parameters do you use?

Sweden did better than Finland in both best on best tournaments in the last 10 years. Beat them in the semis in 2014 and in the World Cup in 2016. It’s ridiculous to claim Finland have been better because of just 2019. But ok do your thing.

I use both u-18, u-20 and the mens national team.

If we count Olympic success + WHC success + U20 success + U18 success for the 2010-2020 era, where in juniors the gold medals would mean a lot more than medals, I think that Finland wins in that one. I forgot about World Cup, which didn't go too well for either team if I remember right.

Junior tournaments? Lol, why not add peewee hockey as well while you're at it?
If he adds the Hlinka then Sweden win again too lol. Ridiculous nitpicking. But just not using tournaments for kids who haven’t fully developed to claim superiority when your senior national team has less medals is obviously the sound option.

We've clearly been better these last three years as well. How many gold medals, or even medals have you won?
We have bigger forward names and goalies in my opinion as well. But hey, you think you would certainly be better than Finland, Russia and US in a best-on-best tournament if it was to be played this year.

Not the US. We have better players than Russia and Finland yes. Lets discuss something else.

You know what? In Sweden the WJC´s are a lot bigger than the mens tournaments and a lot more Swedes follow these tournaments. But I guess you've missed that as well. Of course they don't matter for you, because the only thing that matters is that you get to be right and believe that you are a powerhouse bigger than others when that's not the case, not anymore.

No you haven't. Russia has a better top6, without blinking. A lot better goalies. We have better top12 forwards as well and a lot deeper pool of goalies and again, better.
But you seem to live in the days when Lidas, Foppa and Sudden played. That seems to make you feel better.

But the players playing are litteraly kids and nowhere near the final product as hockey players. Sweden have also have unmatched consistency in producing solid results at the WJCs. Remember the 15 year streak without losing?
