I've been a pretty big Jarry defender but it's plain to see the difference in net. Jarry is not a stable presence.
Ned will allow goals, of course, but he is at least positionally sound and good with his angles.

Yeah I like Jarry more than most but the CBJ and NJD games he was just wayyy too scrambly. (Didn’t see CAR game)

It's all for nothing really. Since they either win or straight out lose in regulation they'll probably end the season 41-41 ish.... even add the loser point 10 games and it still wouldn't be quite enough.
41-31-10 = 92 points.
They won't make the playoffs so it kind of makes me more interested in the next uptick of young (stars if they land them somehow) players that will be contenders again. Kind of like 2006 you knew they were building up to be contenders for a good while. Now it's the opposite... the decline... and just waiting for the rise again.

Grandpa Fleury might be the only goalie with worse vibes when it actually matters. I do think Jarry has been widely inconsistent which is the last thing you need from your starter. Hopefully a healthy Ned can bridge the Penguins to a point where Jarry gets into a groove.
