To be clear.. the refs are a mix of North American and Scandivian.

Referees are from Canada & Finland. Not very Scandinavian.

One of the linesmen is however from Sweden. His fault right?

If you dont think my goalie argument is good then my point is total garbage.lol

I just have hard time understanding why you base everything on goalies when you can use the examples of Mikheyev, Gusev and Prokhorkin all having NHL jobs. All after varying degrees of growing pains, though. So goalies go through them as well but it being a very important position most teams let them adjust in the AHL.
