Great win but why was it I couldn't relax until Giroux took that penalty?

That was a thing of beauty. Best all around game I've seen from us in a long time.

I agree wholeheartedly.

1 minute into the game they took a silly penalty. Sometimes an excuse to sulk. Not tonight. That PK was, excuse me, but gangster; full beast mode. And it just kept rolling.

Beautiful 60 minutes.

Playoffs here we come.

Sadly it's been 3 years since I've been in the arena. they used to have these awesome seats affiliated w/ time warner where you literally had a lounge chair, 2 free beers, parking and buffet for like 150 bucks regular season.

The seats were outstanding; not standard "lounge" level but better, in your own small enclave midst the fans.

Do they not do that anymore?

answering my own question apparently they do something similar, though not sure where the seats are or price.

Bernier of Toronto is hurt. He's done.

Ranger threw Bergeron on his own goalie. Boston gets a penalty.

edit: Toronto took the penalty. It was the right call.

Here to eat some crow. I said earlier today the Jackets had little chance unless Bob played lights out. Bob played well, but quite frankly, the guys in front of him took over in crunch time and did a good job keeping the shooters to the outside. Now the greedy part of me wants two home wins this weekend and a top 3 finish in the division.

Of course I had to miss a game like this one. Got on just in time to see the empty net play.

Glad to see the result, tho. :D

I'll be at both games this weekend so I'm down with this line of thinking.

Missed much of tonight's game. Great game but just as well - I'd gave spent it worrying and pacing.

Yes, no lounge chairs but they call it the HD lounge. 2 drinks, seat service, dinner... $200 and last I checked plentiful for playoffs.

Unfortunately have to miss tomorrow's game due to previous commitment for school, but will be back loud and proud Sunday vs. Isles. Let's get 4 points!
