Don't forget: we have another offseason of brilliant signings/trades from Sweeney to look forward to. Need to ignore biggest holes and bring in redundancy -- so much fun! Maybe he can bring in more centers and get an aging bottom pairing defenseman or two.

No problem we usually do lol but I say this on my pasta wallpaper laptop . He is an awesome explosive player but he is very off right now and either frustrated or tired or some of both . I don't even think D.K is really off his game now .

Tonight very few guys played up to par from the goalie out . However many played well against Ottawa , Toronto or both . Pasta has been terrible all three games .

So Pasta Bad, Rask good?

More leadership probably:

Chara
Bergeron
Krug
Backes
Krejci
Moore
Beleskey

...not enough. Need more. Not a scoring winger for Krejci's line. Not a top two defenseman. Try year four without those. Prospects capable of filling those roles are coming in 2018-2019.

What a list, I'm Ok with getting rid of all of them, but you forgot the most useless one of them all . Rask

Rask brilliant against Toronto very good against Ottawa terrible tonight . If you are talking the year pasta has been awesome I am just saying he has looked nothing short of terrible for three games , I don't expect it to continue but I am just saying what I see .

Dude .843 last 5 games and Pasta is the problem?

Rask let in a very bad goal and an awful 4th goal tonight so I say terrible but he still had some big saves and was not at fault for the loss. We were so bad as a team tonight compared to the last two games .

First of all I don't just pick a guy and fly off the handle like you and I truly love Pasta more than Tuukka but I actually watch every second of every game with a level head . Pasta might not be the big problem but in my opinion he is the furthest below expectation on this team in his last 3 games . I wouldn't even compare the two in the last three . Rask had 2 of 3 very good performances and pasta 3 stinkers.

I can't even answer a delusional post like this sorry.

I don't think Rask has the fire anymore to be The Guy. He can be a very good goaltender but I question his lack of getting " it " up for big games. I wonder if Sweeney saw this and it's part of the reason why he tried to move him in 2015.

If we're blaming Rask why not Bergeron? 0 goals in forever, and IIRC the third straight season where he is coming up short in the stretch run.

He was the prime reason we lost . He killed any momentum that we had in the most important game of the season .

JOKE! Er... I mean... CHOKE! The Bruins should ashamed of themselves after that performance. No heart. Seriously, though. How can no one drop the gloves enroute to a 4th straight loss?

Actually he was the only momentum the team had in the first pd. Momentum was killed when the team decided to play garbage defense and hang him out to dry on the first couple goals. No question the fourth goal was on Rask, but to say he was the prime reason the Bs lost just isn't accurate. He was part of the reason, as was the rest of the team. Blame can be spread pretty evenly tonight.

Bottom LINE:

Tampa Bay came back from being down THREE times within two minutes or less each time.

Boston went down by one in the third for the first time in the game and never recovered and let in two more to boot.

One team has adversity.
One team's on it's annual choking anniversary.

Maddening isn't it?

Keeping my fingers crossed they can right the ship after this losing streak. Cassidy is a smart guy. Perhaps he can figure things out and press the right buttons.
