Not crazy right now about how a fair amount of that period went. Good start but then Detroit started controlling. Got a lead, that's good, but it doesn't look like a game where a 2-1 lead is airtight.

We could be 4/4 on the PP and I wouldn't feel good about things. Your observation sums up the game for me so far.

"You can tell the pp is going well because you don't know who scored initially." Agree wrt the "dirty" goals. We desperately need them.

Agree.... lets not forget Detroit is fighting to sustain a 20 year or so playoff appearance run... they will fight hard to win this game.

Yes, it's VERY important to us! I LITERALLY do not care how far we go into the playoffs AT ALL this year. I just want to make the playoffs. We're playing our 37th player this season tonight (Callahan), breaking a new team record. We also just surpassed our man games lost team record the other game. It's been a hell of a season so a playoff berth is all I'm asking for my birthday, Christmas and every other holiday ever!
