I think Bones is over thinking it. Helle Rittich Helle would have made the most sense, unless it was a move from above (fan sentiment). Even for Helle that would have made sense as he could have been more family focused when home and not worried about starting

BSD should not have started. There are 2 games for him, Blues and Sharks. Bowness threw away a point or two.
Look at Canes last 5 games. Zero goals scored against a good opponent and 13 goals against. They barely beat the Habs, 4-3 (SO), and Flyers, 1-0..

I agree. Noticeably missing Morrissey but I haven’t minded the effort tonight. A lucky goal on a giveaway and another bad goal by BSD. Conner needs a benching. Hopefully 1/2 a period is enough.
