When was the last time both the Crew and the CBJ had shutout wins on the road on the same night? Has it even ever HAPPENED before?

Good road win, especially in a place that has been so tough on the Jackets. Love those 1-0 games. First period had me one foot over the edge but they looked pretty good in the second and third. Very glad to see AA score, what a pretty play by him and Wiz. Joey looked good tonight, too.

I do NOT miss playing the Preds. It was a great game, but man. These guys always seem to find a way vs us

I think Rinne could be the #1 star over Bob even though Bob got the shutout. His performance stood out slightly more to me even though Arty stuffed a nice one past him (that's more on the defense IMO).

I like how hard the defensemen played at even strength. We also got some puck luck which was a major help.

Let me start the debate. Cam has to get back in, maybe with a different line to try and get him going again. I don't see Matt Calvert bringing a lot to the table right now. He skates his but off, but, he lacks size, doesn't have a great shot, not a great passer, average on defense. He has one goal on an empty net since the break.

Comeau and Tropp both give you a more physical presence. I think they need that badly.
My vote for healthy scratch Monday night is Matt Calvert.

Agree with all but the bolded portion, I prefer my team to get a big lead and cruise home! Unfortunately, the jackets never seem to do that, it always seems hard.

Pete.......I agree that's easier on the fingernails, but I love having to hang in there with the adrenaline pumping until the final seconds of the third.

His forechecking is too useful. Cam needs back in, but my vote is Comeau to come out.

Unbelievable. I watched the first half of the first period, they had one shot on goal, I go out for dinner, check the score and they won!?! No Murray, no Tyutin and they beat Nashville. :amazed: :handclap:

I just wish my other team, the Oilers, played some exciting hockey like my new favorite, the CBJ.

Maybe. I do think Atkinson needs to be in the lineup. So maybe it comes down to Calvert and Comeau. Tropp seems to work well on the fourth line with Letestu and Mac
