Good 2nd Period by The Blues, too! They had a bunch of blocked shots, lead in takeaways 4-0, possession time in The O-Zone, and came within a tenth of a second of scoring 3 goals, while shutting out The Kings. More importantly, they looked good doing it.

That 70’s line (70, 71, 76) has been playing well!! While I’d still like an upgrade over Sunny as 3C, gotta give them some props for their play lately.

And that's why I've been fine with his development. His overall game has been improving all season, his production has been solid enough for his role, but hasn't been to the level of demanding a top 6 spot. As more talent comes in, he's going to breakout offensively, it's just a matter of time.

At the risk of being exiled;
Other than the heartbreak he caused us; I have to admit that I actually did like Owen Nolan. He was a guy I always wanted the Blues to get. Budget version PF. Would have been a lot of fun seeing him and Shanny on the same team(different lines so opposing defenses would have to deal with one of them every other shift).
