McLeod is such an interesting player. I feel like he’d be the prototypical NA that would be exceptional in Europe but not in the NHL. Skates extremely well, coachable, fairly low event defensively, but is missing that ingredient to beat NHL goalies. Seems like a guy who’d consistently lead his Swiss league team with 40-45 points per season

He's not a centre and should play wing on a line where his speed is an asset and where a better (slower) playmaker can get pucks to the wingers and he can pick up some garbagy goals.

I think I figured it out. They’re so used to trying to build up Skinners puck tracking and lateral movement, they just pass, pass, pass in practice. The muscle memory has taken over in game situations to just keep passing and not shoot.

He'd be an excellent add. He's listed at 6'1 196lb but he looks a lot bigger and more solid than that out there. Also has a wicked shot and looks to play a pretty decent 2-way game.
