Would check out since Celebrini is 58% on draws today compared to Wennberg’s 25%.they put wennberg on celebrini line but i bet it was only for faceoffs

On top of that, it isn't like Dellandrea and Grundstrom were established NHL vets! I suppose the Sharks didn't want to rush any prospect...Honestly, from an organizational standpoint what was the purpose of adding redundant replacement level NHLers like Dellandrea, Grundstrom, Goodrow, to a team already chock full of replacement level NHLers? Half the lineup is fine, but it should not be 3/4ths. Let the young guys come up and play. Make them compete even if most of them fail, how is that any worse than this shit show?
By faceoff you mean to distract with Wennbergs beautythey put wennberg on celebrini line but i bet it was only for faceoffs
I mean, it’s probably too early to make that claim. But if next season is the same, who could blame him? He is already starting to look as frustrated as Bedard.Celebrini: "I'm done with this trash fire team. Trade me to Vancouver."
Mack looks frustrated Bedard looks defeated big differenceI mean, it’s probably too early to make that claim. But if next season is the same, who could blame him? He is already starting to look as frustrated as Bedard.

Or Bedard to San Jose for Dickinson and MustyThis year was by design. Next year will probably be different. That way they can get in one good year before they go back in the tank for the 2027 draft and go for DuPont.
This is simply 100% false. If you genuinely think that, you must be forgetting top pairing Kyle Burroughs, Mike Hoffman, and Tankko Tankkanen.“Team Culture”, “playing the right way”, and all that absolute nonsense.
This team is now as unwatchable as last season. The fun that was with this team has dissipated into watching the same old inability to string any offence together.
We get to watch plug after plug get given opportunity after opportunity despite never earning it with their play.
They’ve been fine in the AHL. They’ve also been playing there for 3 years. It’s time to see what you have with them and get them away from McCarthy. Give them an extended look to see if they might have something to offer. Don’t just send them back down and block them with garbage. Odds are they fail and you let them walk, but they still have a chance to surprise, Grundstrom and Dellandrea have not with their previous franchises, and have shown next to nothing in San Jose.On top of that, it isn't like Dellandrea and Grundstrom were established NHL vets! Not sure why Gushchin and Bordeleau haven't gotten a chance. Have they been that bad in the AHL?
Being bottom 5 was by design. Being an unexciting trash heap of a team that is worst in the league is not what they intended. This year was by design. Next year will probably be different. That way they can get in one good year before they go back in the tank for the 2027 draft and go for DuPont.
Georgiev lets in three weak goals in the first, and then shuts down the Islanders the rest of the way leading to another 4-1 loss. Drew and co bend over backwards talking about how he had another solid performance to keep the team in the game.

I’m sure that was hyperbole. Celebrini alone makes the team watchable. This is simply 100% false. If you genuinely think that, you must be forgetting top pairing Kyle Burroughs, Mike Hoffman, and Tankko Tankkanen.
Sorry, I find it hard to have another take when the team has Fourgiev, top six Barclay Goodrow/Dellandrea/grubdstrom rotation, top pair Ceci, 82 games of Jan Rutta. This is simply 100% false. If you genuinely think that, you must be forgetting top pairing Kyle Burroughs, Mike Hoffman, and Tankko Tankkanen.
Really? I thought Grundy was like 35On top of that, it isn't like Dellandrea and Grundstrom were established NHL vets! I suppose the Sharks didn't want to rush any prospect...

Smith and Graf looked decent, besides that, one of the worst games of the season in terms of watchability
How dare you disparage the HoffThis is simply 100% false. If you genuinely think that, you must be forgetting top pairing Kyle Burroughs, Mike Hoffman, and Tankko Tankkanen.
Goose had his chance earlier this year and I think put the final nail in the coffin of his career with the Sharks. They’ve been fine in the AHL. They’ve also been playing there for 3 years. It’s time to see what you have with them and get them away from McCarthy. Give them an extended look to see if they might have something to offer. Hard to believe that 2015 was 10 years ago…1st star of the game Mat Barzal.
Did you know we could've drafted him? I heard that and was shocked!
Fourgiev has nine whole games as a Shark to his name, which is just one more than the highly-watchable Askarov. None of Goodrow, Dellandrea, or Grundstrom are regularly in the top-6. Ceci is at least a very legitimate NHL player, and Rutta played 70 games last season anyway.Sorry, I find it hard to have another take when the team has Fourgiev, top six Barclay Goodrow/Dellandrea/grubdstrom rotation, top pair Ceci, 82 games of Jan Rutta.
I love seeing the team struggle to reach 20 shots on goal a game.
This team is much more watchable and competitive than last year.
This team is still in contention for #1 overall and will be shit on some nights.
Both can be true. If you think this is just as bad as last year then you had unrealistic expectations.
